How Tradezoa handles personal data
Last updated: August 15, 2026. This launch notice is a product baseline and should be reviewed by counsel for the countries in which Tradezoa operates.
1. Data we collect
We may collect account details, profile information, business details, listings, exchange preferences, deal-room communications, authentication records, approximate location, device and request information, support communications, reports, and records required to operate or secure the service.
2. Why we use it
We use data to create accounts, display listings, generate and rank exchange matches, facilitate deal rooms, send service messages, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, maintain audit records, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.
3. AI processing
When AI assistance is enabled, listing text may be sent to the configured AI provider to structure drafts or create numerical representations used for semantic matching. Users should not include passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, health records, confidential client data, or other unnecessary sensitive information in listing text.
4. Visibility
Public listings and public profile fields may be visible to anyone. Members-only information is restricted to signed-in users but should not be treated as confidential. Deal-room content is visible to its participants and authorized Tradezoa personnel when necessary for security, support, moderation, or legal compliance.
5. Sharing
We may share data with the counterparties you choose to engage, infrastructure and email providers, AI providers when enabled, security and analytics vendors, professional advisers, and authorities when required. We do not treat personal data as barterable inventory.
6. Retention and security
We retain data for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including dispute, tax, security, and legal records. We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted transport, secure session cookies, audit logging, rate limits, and other safeguards; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port, or withdraw consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute purposes.
8. International processing
A worldwide exchange platform may process information in multiple countries. Tradezoa should establish appropriate contractual and legal safeguards before launching in each jurisdiction.
9. Contact
Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@tradezoa.com. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
