Rules for using the Tradezoa exchange network
Last updated: August 15, 2026. These launch terms require jurisdiction-specific legal review before commercial release.
1. Platform role
Tradezoa provides discovery, matching, communication, documentation, moderation, and related software. Unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement, Tradezoa is not the buyer, seller, owner, employer, lender, payment provider, insurer, broker, guarantor, carrier, tax adviser, or legal representative in a member transaction.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Members must have legal capacity and provide accurate information. Organizations must be represented by an authorized person. Account credentials must be protected and may not be shared or transferred.
3. Listings and lawful value
Members may list only goods, services, skills, capacity, access, or other value they lawfully control and are permitted to exchange. Listings must be accurate, current, and not misleading. Tradezoa may restrict categories and remove content.
4. Matches are suggestions
AI and deterministic match scores are estimates based on available data. They do not represent valuation, due diligence, legal approval, compatibility guarantees, or an obligation to transact. Members decide whether to contact, negotiate, accept, or reject.
5. Deals and settlement
A deal becomes binding only under the law and terms agreed by its participants. Members remain responsible for verification, contracts, invoices, taxes, licences, registration, customs, delivery, quality, warranties, cash adjustments, and regulatory compliance. Tradezoa does not issue a trade coin, wallet, deposit, or redemption promise in this release.
6. Fees
Subscriptions, promotions, success fees, or other paid services may be introduced under disclosed pricing and additional terms. Member-to-member obligations are separate from fees owed to Tradezoa.
7. Prohibited conduct
Members may not use Tradezoa for illegal, deceptive, abusive, infringing, unsafe, discriminatory, exploitative, sanctioned, or prohibited activity; scrape the service; bypass access controls; manipulate matches or reputation; send spam; introduce malicious code; or collect personal data without lawful purpose.
8. Disputes
Participants should first use the deal room and their written agreement to resolve issues. Tradezoa may offer limited moderation or referral tools but is not obligated to adjudicate a commercial dispute. Applicable dispute-resolution terms should be localized before launch.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, Tradezoa disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for member conduct, listing accuracy, match outcomes, lost profit, indirect loss, or transaction failure. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Suspension and termination
Tradezoa may restrict or close accounts or content to protect the network, investigate concerns, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Members may stop using the service, subject to retention of records reasonably required for security, legal, accounting, or dispute purposes.
11. Contact
